Girl Scouts - Promise Circle

Tuesday, March 12
6:30 - 8:00 p.m.

North Parking Lot

Join the Girl Scouts in celebrating their 2nd annual Promise Circle! At exactly 19:12 military time (7:12 p.m. CST), girls of all ages, families, troops, alumnae of all ages and everyone else who would like to show support for the Girl Scout Movement are invited to recite the Girl Scout Promise and Law. All are invited, but girls should be with a troop or an adult, please!

There is no cost to attend the event in the parking lot.  *Please note, that Brookfield Zoo is closed at this time and there will be no access to exhibits.

Additional activities planned for the evening include:

SWAPS and Stamps:
Bring SWAPS or trading cards* to exchange with other Scouts. Bring as few or many as you'd like to trade. (* Be creative; go Green and use recycled materials! The only requirement is that the cards must be 2.5 x 3.5 inches, horizontal or vertical. Stamp your signature stamp if you have one, draw a picture, print a computer image, make a sticker collage, or even just sign your name and troop number onto baseball card sized.)

Sing Along:
We will also have a Song Circle after the Promise Circle for those who love to sing!

All troops are invited to bring a bag of chocolate chips or mini marshmallows, or a box of graham cracker cereal for "walking s'mores."
