Participants of the African Painted Dogs Wild Encounter will be immersed in the daily care of African painted dogs, which includes diet preparation (not for the squeamish) African painted dogs are the most carnivorous of all carnivores (rabbits, pigs, and raw meat..oh my), yard cleaning, enrichment set-up, training and /or feeding and shifting the animals onto exhibit. The cost is only $250 for members ($300 for nonmembers)..

  1. Choose a date range to see when an exclusive program is available for you and/and or a friend (1 participant and optional family member or friend) 
  2. Complete the online registration forms.
  3. Print your confirmation page and map.
  4. Print and complete your program waiver form.

1 Hour on 3 dates only between April and May

1 -3 Participants Age 12 or Older.
Ages 12-18 must be accompanied by a non-paying adult included in the max number.
