Zoo Run Run for the Conservation Fund

  

Events:

• 5K Chip-Timed Race - Begins at 8:30 a.m.
• 5K Fun Run/Walk - Begins at 8:50 a.m.

Packet Pick-Up Dates (in the North Parking lot):

• Saturday, September 14 - 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  
• Thursday, September 19 - 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• EVENT DAY - Sunday, September 22 - Beginning at 7a.m.

Each year more species lose their race for survival and disappear from the wild. But it is a race we can win, and YOU CAN HELP!  The Chicago Zoological Society Conservation Fund is dedicated to making a difference for these species across the globe.

Tell your friends. Form a team.
It will be a race you will always remember and the most serious fun you'll ever have.

Start in a forest under a canopy of 100-year-old oaks.
Glide by lemurs, golden conures and Stingray Bay.
Romp past The Swamp and Baboon Island.
Be inspired by rescued white pelicans from the Gulf in the Formal Pool.
Dip past the Living Coast.
Soar by the condors and bald eagles.
Thunder by bison in Great Bear Wilderness.
Gallop past giraffes, addax, zebras, Przewalski's horses, camels and kangaroos.
Encounter endangered black rhinos, tapirs and pygmy hippos.
Flee past the Shantungosaurus dinosaur in Roosevelt Fountain.
And marvel at the lions, sloth bears, tigers, and snow leopards as you cross the Finish.

Non Zoo Members: 

• $35 - 5K Chip-Timed Race
• $30 - 5K Fun Run/Walk (no chip)

Zoo Members:

• $30 - 5K Chip-Timed Race
• $25 - 5K Fun Run/Walk (no chip)

Members, look for your customized registration Coupon Code in members' emails and enter it on the registration form for your discount. Please call the Membership office with any questions.

Event Day:

• $40 - 5K Chip-Timed Race (no member discounts given on race day)
• $35 - 5K Fun Run/Walk (no member discounts on race day)
