Does your group want to get into the holiday spirit early? Join Brookfield Zoo in gearing up for our Holiday Magic celebration by participating in Tree Trim. Sponsoring a tree is a beautiful way to support the zoo and celebrate Holiday Magic. Holiday Magic features storytellers, ice sculptors, Santa, reindeer, animal-themed crafts, and more!
Community Tree Trim Packages include:
· Twenty (20) complimentary general admission passes*
· Five (5) complimentary parking passes*
· A fully lit tree - no need to bring lights!
· Sign detailing town name, group donating, and group decorating the tree
Pricing
Trees:
$150.00 each
Additional Admission and Parking Tickets:
$6.00 each – General Admission* Tickets

Commemorative Patches:

Additional Tickets
Additional Tree Trim admission tickets may be purchased at a discounted rate of $6.00 each. Additional Tree Trim parking tickets may be purchased for the regular rate of $8.00 per car.
Additional discounted tickets do not need to be purchased with your tree. These tickets can be purchased at a later date, but
discounted tickets will only be available for purchase online (via credit card only) through November 20. Tickets purchased on November 21 or 22 will be the regular admission rate and must be purchased at the gate.

Please note: These tickets are print-at-home tickets. They are sent as a link within your order confirmation email (order receipt). You will receive this confirmation as soon as your order is complete.
Tree Trim Commemorative Patches
Special Tree Trim patches are available to make your experience truly memorable. They make an ideal award for your scout troop or group participating in Tree Trim. Patches are 3” x 3.5” and cost $4.00 each.
Patches can be shipped in advance (additional shipping charges apply) or picked-up during Tree Trim at the Wildlife Trading Post (gift shop at the South Gate Entrance).
Ornament Guidelines and Removal

If your group would like to keep its ornaments, you can remove them January 1 - 8, 2010 during regular zoo hours (10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). Ornaments left on the trees will not be saved.
Print-at-Home Passes and Order Confirmation
Credit Card Orders ($150.00 per tree)
All tickets are print-at-home. To print your tickets, please click the link on your Order Receipt. A second order confirmation email (tree number and location) will be emailed within two weeks of your order date.

1. I never received my tickets. How do I get them in time for the event?
All tickets are print-at-home tickets. To access your tickets, please reference your Order Receipt. Your Order Receipt was sent via email at the time of purchase.
2. I do not have my Order Receipt. How do I access my tickets?
If you do not still have your Order Reciept email, please email
Tree.Trim@CZS.org for assistance.
3. I never received a confirmation email containing my tree information. How do I get that information?
All tree information was sent via email. If you have not received this email, please check your junk mail folders for the confirmation email.
4. Can I still purchase a tree?
