
Applying for the Advanced Inquiry Program
Application Deadline
For all applicants [U.S. citizens or international]: February 28
All application materials should arrive by February 28.
Applications will be accepted at any time; however applicants whose applications arrive after February 28, if accepted, may need to wait until the following year to begin their programs of study.
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and hold a bachelor’s degree.
AIP Application Steps
1) Let us know you are applying - fill out the AIP pre-application form.
2) Fill out the AIP application form.
3) Fill out the Graduate School application form.
(Note: Select MAT Biological Sciences or MA in Zoology. Original transcripts are needed. GRE scores are NOT.)
4) Two electronic letters of recommendation are required. After you identify the people who will complete your e-Recommendations, please send each an email with a link to the online recommendation form. (Note: e-Recommendations need to be complete before February 28.)
To be sure we link recommendations to the appropriate Candidate, the person recommending you will need to provide your name and your email address. Please be sure the people completing your e-Recommendations know your email address.
Acceptance to the Advanced Inquiry Program
Candidate screening will begin on February 28. Applicants will be notified about their recommendation for admission to the program by April 15.
Note: Your admittance to the Graduate School is not final until you receive the official letter from the Graduate School.
