Donors to Brookfield Zoo have the opportunity to recognize or pay tribute to loved ones through major gifts. The Chicago Zoological Society will recognize and salute donors in a variety of ways:

Printed materials:

  • Exhibit opening brochure ($5,000 and above)
  • The campaign newsletter ($1,000 and above)

Lasting Recognition:

  • Campaign plaque at Discovery Center or other location to recognize leadership contributions to Show the World What a Zoo Can Do ($100,000 and above)
  • Cumulative donor plaque at Discovery Center ($50,000 and above)
  • Major donor plaque inside one of the zoo's new exhibit experiences ($10,000 and above)


Brookfield Zoo will accommodate any donors who prefer to remain anonymous.
