  • Bring payment for parking; $15.00/bus, $10.00/car or van on the day of your trip.
  • Field trip times must be during Zoo hours; no early admissions or late stays allowed unless authorized by the Conservation Education and Training department.
  • Field trips are only accepted with at least 2 weeks notice.
  • After you have made your online reservation, please print out all of your confirmation and contract information, as this will be your only notification that you are registered.
  • Please have a copy of your confirmation and contract for EACH vehicle.
Confirmation and Your Contract
Your field-trip confirmation, zoo maps, and a contract for a school group visit will be delivered via email at the conclusion of the online reservation process. The contract establishes an agreement to the terms of your visit between the zoo and your school. Read it carefully, sign it, and bring it with the reservation confirmation on the day of your visit. Please have a copy for each vehicle.

Adult Supervisors (PreK-12)
School groups visiting the zoo MUST have proper adult supervision in a ratio of at least one adult for every 10 students.

Medical Release Form
Teachers and group supervisors are advised to carry emergency contact numbers and signed medical waiver for each child under 18 years old, allowing the teacher to give permission for medical treatment. For an example of a medical release form, click here.
