By centering the leadership journey, King Conservation Science Scholars cultivate and empower emerging leaders with the knowledge and confidence to not just make a positive impact within nature, yet also drive change and foster connections within their own communities.

Co-designed with and for teens in 9-12 grade, King Conservation Science Scholars offers a unique opportunity for young people to engage in a multitude of experiences that supports their social, emotional, recreational and intellectual growth. Through interactive workshops, immersive research expeditions, and hands-on career exploration, the program enables King Scholars to grow as leaders as they center the initiatives that matters the most to them.

Boasting a diverse and inclusive team, King Conservation Science Scholars celebrates identity as it fosters creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking.
