Brookfield Zoo Chicago has gone digital! A PDF attachment will be sent with the order confirmation email after your purchase. This PDF attachment contains your membership identification to present at the entrance, as well as any benefits included with your selected membership (benefits vary; see chart for more details). For easy access, you can save the PDF to your mobile device. Your membership can also be added to the Brookfield Zoo Chicago mobile app wallet! Please note: Anyone entering with a membership must also present a valid photo ID.

Purchasing a gift membership?
You'll receive an order confirmation email with a PDF attachment that can be forwarded to your gift recipient.

Accessibility
Family memberships include admission for minor children and/or disabled adults living in the same household as the two named adult members.

Tax Deductibility Information
Membership purchases are not tax-deductible. The estimated fair market value of goods and services included at these membership levels exceeds the purchase price.
